Getting Started

To start selling on Kurimacye, you'll need to create a seller account and set up your shop profile:

  • Upload a high-quality logo or profile picture (recommended size: 500x500px)
  • Write a compelling shop description that tells your story and highlights what makes your products unique

2. Account Verification

All sellers on Kurimacye must complete our verification process to ensure marketplace trust and security:

  • Verify your email address and phone number

Listing Your Products

1. Product Information

Creating detailed, accurate listings is crucial for success on Kurimacye:

  • Use clear, specific titles that include key product details
  • Write comprehensive descriptions that cover all important aspects of your products
  • Be transparent about the condition, dimensions, materials, and any imperfections
  • Categorize your products accurately to ensure they appear in relevant searches
  • Include all variants available (sizes, colors, etc.)

2. Product Images

  • Process and ship orders within the timeframe specified in your shop policies (recommended: 1-3 business days)
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their orders

  • Responsiveness: Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
  • Professionalism: Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional tone in all communications

The percentage of customer messages you respond to within 24 hours. Target: Above 90%

Shipping Time

How quickly you ship orders after purchase. Target: Within your stated processing time

Order Completion Rate

The percentage of orders fulfilled without cancellation. Target: Above 95%

Customer Satisfaction

Maintaining high performance standards can lead to:

Consistently poor performance may result in reduced visibility, removal from certain features, or in severe cases, account review or suspension.
